We want you to love your 24Bottles products, but if you're not satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your bottles or accessories in their original protective boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
